Zig Lambo holds a bachelor's of science degree in general engineering and an MBA in finance and marketing; and has been involved in the public markets since 1970. He was a securities analyst, broker, and merger and acquisition specialist in the 1970s and 1980s, including initiating the acquisition of Codex Corporation by Motorola in 1977. Zig was an internationally recognized analyst and consultant on mining companies and has been involved in a number of public and private mining-related companies over the years as an investor and officer. He has formed and taken three companies public, including Net:X America Inc., which became CB Scientific in 2016. He continues to be active in various public and private venture projects in technology and resource development in the U.S., Canada, and Asia.
